Cinderella enthusiasts who are in the mood for some holiday shopping will be pleased to learn about a new collection from ALDO! Disney is collaborating with the ALDO shoe company on a special collection that will “spark the magic in you with whimsical shoes & accessories inspired by Disney’s timeless Cinderella” (according to the ALDO website).

This collection includes heels, sneakers, slippers, and accessories that are all adorned with shimmery designs, ‘glass’ features, and clever Cinderella-themed names. The Glassslipper, Striketwelve, Glasssneaker, and Midnightcozy all come in a variety of colors or heel heights (except for the Midnightcozy, which is a slipper without a heel).

There’s also a sparkly headband called Tiaratime, a clutch called Storybooktwo, and a Glass Bootie whose description reads “Bibbidi-bobbidi-wow. Make a lasting impression everywhere you set foot in these glamorous, bejeweled transparent ankle boots worthy of a fairytale”.

The two cheapest items are the Tiaratime headband (costing $35) and the Midnightcozy slippers (which cost $60). The next item, the Storybooktwo, costs $88. Meanwhile, the Glasssneakers (which come in two colors) are $95, while the high heels are all $130–with the exception of the Glass Bootie, which is the most expensive at $160. If you want to buy shoes for a certain Cinderella-loving someone, but don’t want to spend too much money, then the Midnightcozy slippers or the Tiaratime headband might be good options! At $60, the slippers are actually not much more expensive than some other name brand slippers, particularly for something that’s limited-edition and Disney-sponsored.

Overall, the colors and styles in this line are exactly what one would expect from a Cinderella collection, but they’re also beautiful and unique, with some unexpected details. The brown Glasssneakers are a particularly nice option for any tomboys who want to subtly release their inner Cinderella!
