Disneyland Resort has officially confirmed the return of Pride Nite, the first-ever official celebration for the LGBTQIA+ community at Disneyland Resort. This highly anticipated event will once again be part of the 2026 Disneyland After Dark event series, alongside a whole slate of themed events.
Disneyland After Dark: 2026 Event Line-Up
On November 20, 2025, Disneyland Resort shared the exciting news that five after-hours events will take place at Disneyland Park in early 2026, running select nights from January to June. These special, ticketed events will allow guests to enjoy the magic of the original Southern California Disney park after hours, with exclusive access to attractions, character meet-and-greets, photo opportunities, themed entertainment, special food and beverages (available for purchase), complimentary Disney PhotoPass downloads, and much more.

The 2026 Disneyland After Dark event series is set to feature both returning favorites and an exciting new event. The festivities will take place from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. on select dates, with early access granted from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for ticket holders, ensuring guests get the most out of their experience.
Tickets for the first two of the five events, Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts’ Nite and 70 Years of Favorites, will be available for pre-sale on December 9, 2025, for Inspire Key holders, December 10 for all other Magic Key Pass holders, and December 11 for the general public. The remaining three events—Pride Nite, Disney Channel Nite, and Star Wars Nite—will have ticket sale date information released early next year.
Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts’ Nite
Sweethearts’ Nite will return in January and February 2026, bringing together couples and friends for a romantic evening at Disneyland Park. This year, Disney Park guests can enjoy new offerings, including the “Celebrate Love Cavalcade,” the “Once Upon a Dream – A Musical Journey Through the Disney Songbook” show, and the Disney Duets festive karaoke experience.
There will also be themed food and beverages, including a triple berry slushy with a Mickey-shaped glow cube at Galactic Grill, as well as returning favorites such as Surf ‘n’ Turf Loaded Fries at Red Rose Tavern and the Mickey-shaped Strawberry Cream Puff at Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante.

70 Years of Favorites
In celebration of Disneyland Resort’s 70th anniversary, Disneyland After Dark: 70 Years of Favorites will be a one-of-a-kind after-hours event that takes place on March 3 and 5, 2026. The event will celebrate Disneyland Resort’s rich history and legacy with a variety of nostalgic, decade-themed entertainment across the park. Guests can enjoy vintage-themed entertainment, such as line dancing at The Golden Horseshoe and the Videopolis Dance Party at Tomorrowland Terrace.
Disneyland President Thomas Mazloum teased the return of several fan-favorite characters for the event, including Mother and Father from The Carousel of Progress, the dancing monkeys from Fantasmic!, Flik and Atta from A Bug’s Life (1998), friends from “The Disney Afternoon,” and Merlin from The Sword in the Stone (1963).

Exclusive food and beverage offerings will include a mushroom Philly sandwich (plant-based) and a maple bacon cinnamon roll at Jolly Holiday Bakery Café, birria mac and cheese in a bread bowl at Refreshment Corner, and blackened New York steak and prawns at River Belle Terrace (reservations required).

Disney Channel Nite and Star Wars Nite
For fans of 90s and 2000s nostalgia, Disney Channel Nite returns on April 12, 14, and 16, 2026. This event will celebrate the golden era of Disney Channel programming with character meet-and-greets, themed entertainment, and exclusive food and beverages inspired by beloved shows from that time.
Star Wars Nite will return for an evening of intergalactic fun on April 28, 30, and May 4, 6, 2026. This event will allow guests to immerse themselves in the world of Star Wars, with themed photo ops, special food and drinks, and appearances by characters from a Galaxy Far, Far Away.
Ticket sales for Disney Channel Nite and Star Wars Nite will begin early in 2026. Stay tuned for updates!
Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite
Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite returns to Disneyland Resort on June 16 and 18, 2026. This family-friendly, inclusive celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community will feature a variety of rainbow-themed food, drinks, and entertainment. Guests can expect an unforgettable evening of festivities that celebrate love, unity, and, most of all, Pride.
Details on ticket sales, special merchandise, and exclusive photo ops will be released in early 2026.
