A recent has fans calling for permanent bans after four Disneyland Resort guests were caught making Nazi salutes inside Disney California Adventure Park. The offensive act, which took place on Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!, has sparked outrage, with many Disney Parks fans demanding Disneyland Resort take immediate action.
Guests Caught Making Nazi Salutes in Disneyland Ride Photo
Like most Disneyland Resort attractions, Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT! captures an on-ride photo of guests mid-drop. These ride photos are usually filled with screaming guests and goofy poses, but on Thursday, Reddit user u/crazyfrecs noticed something far more disturbing.
They shared an image from the ride, showing four women appearing to do a white supremacist Nazi salute while other guests in the photo remained unaware.
“Cast members who work screens for the ride, why would you allow this?” the Redditor asked, questioning why the image was not removed from the system before being shown to guests.

Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort have strict policies regarding inappropriate ride photos, and cast members are typically instructed to delete any images containing offensive gestures. However, in this case, the photo made it through Disneyland Resort’s screening system.
Fans Demand Lifetime Bans for Offending Guests
The response from Disney Parks fans was immediate. Many called for the guests in the photo to receive lifetime bans, arguing that Disneyland Resort should take a stronger stance against hate symbols in the parks.
“If they can catch people doing other things on rides and in the parks then they can work diligently on finding these people throughout the day and kick them out of the park,” u/jadeluminara argued. “This is so disgusting and vile to do at a theme park let alone Disneyland. They deserve a lifetime ban.”
Another user, u/PrincessAintPeachy, was even more direct, calling the guests “idiot douchebags” and demanding Disneyland act quickly.
“These idiot douchebags have essentially ruined this picture for everyone else and Disney legitimately needs to start escorting people out of the park asap when they do this hateful crap,” they wrote.
While some debated whether the offenders understood the full weight of their actions, others blamed broader cultural influences.
“I’m seeing this a lot in general lately, not just at Disneyland,” Reddit user u/Melodic-Welcome-6726 commented. “It’s like zoomers don’t understand the significance or the weight behind what they’re doing. They just think it’s funny bc Elon did it. Doing a nazi salute is one of those things where I would support a lifetime ban as punishment for the offenders. We need to stop letting people get away with this.”
Not the First Nazi Controversy at Disney Parks
Unfortunately, this is not the first time Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World Resort has dealt with Nazi-related incidents.
In 2023, a group of white supremacists gathered outside the entrance to Walt Disney World Resort, waving Nazi flags. The incident drew national attention, with many Disney Parks fans calling on the company to issue stronger condemnations.
Just last month, another Disneyland Resort guest was reportedly caught making a Nazi salute on Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!. Some accuse the Southern California Disney park of failing to respond appropriately to these ongoing incidents.
“I emailed Disney when this happened a few weeks ago and they didn’t reply or engage with it at all,” Reddit user u/punkguitarlessons claimed.
Another Disney Parks fan, u/Moist-Cloud2412, warned that Disneyland’s alleged inaction only worsens the problem.
“Disneyland is not taking it seriously & now it’s escalating,” they wrote. “…My whole point is if they do nothing [it] will spread & I was right.”
Will Disneyland Take Action?
Disneyland Resort’s official guest policies prohibit “harmful or disruptive” behavior, stating that the park reserves the right to remove any guest who engages in offensive conduct.
“Please show common courtesy to fellow Guests and our Cast Members by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior, jumping lines or saving places in lines for others,” the official Disneyland Resort rules state.
Disneyland Resort has not issued a public response regarding this latest incident.
If you witness a guest engaging in offensive behavior at a Disney park, notify the nearest cast member rather than intervening. Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort security teams are trained to handle these situations appropriately.
