From seasonal celebrations to land-specific attire, Mickey and Minnie’s outfits have always marked special occasions at Disney theme parks. Their latest transformation brings a fresh look to EPCOT—but only for those with a very specific key: the Disney Vacation Club Membership Magic Beyond tier.

Inside the Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium—A Member Lounge at EPCOT, the pair now greet guests in newly designed, travel-themed costumes. The lounge, already a haven for DVC members seeking a quiet space, now serves as the exclusive stage for these appearances.
The DVC website details the opportunity: “Meet and mingle with special Disney Characters daily from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (subject to change) at Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium—A Member Lounge at EPCOT. The enrolled Member can bring up to 4 guests or the number of guests on their resort stay reservation, whichever is greater. Available 7 days a week. Capacity restrictions may apply.”
The Magic Beyond tier is framed by DVC as “our boldest expression of value and flexibility,” highlighting more access, more rewards, and more choice. In practice, this tier offers members heightened experiences, and the exclusive debut of Mickey and Minnie’s new look is the latest example.

For many, the costumes represent more than fashion—they signal how DVC continues to build layers of membership identity and benefit-driven exclusivity.
Meeting Mickey and Minnie has always been about more than a photo; the details of their outfits carry meaning, whether festive, seasonal, or themed. By limiting these travel-inspired looks to one membership tier, Disney is extending that tradition into new territory.
Disney Files Magazine has hinted that Mickey and Minnie may receive additional travel-inspired costumes in the future. While these could eventually appear elsewhere, for now they remain part of a tightly curated encounter reserved for Magic Beyond members.

This exclusivity may spark debate—some might view it as a special thank-you for members, while others may see it as widening the gap between general guests and premium tiers. Regardless, it represents how Disney continues to weave character design, location, and membership into a singular story.
