Here Are Some Things You Should ALWAYS Do On Your Disney Vacation

6. Take the time to appreciate nature.

Whether it’s the beautiful animals to be found in the Animal Kingdom, the Floridian natives (birds, lizards, etc.), or the elegant topiaries and floral arrangements that can be seen in parks and resorts, Disney is filled with opportunities to immerse yourself in the natural world’s majesty. Don’t overlook that–after all, where better to find magic than in the natural world?

7. Take some time for sleep.

Even Disney-goers need their down-time, and you won’t be able to find “adventure in the great wide somewhere” of Walt Disney World if you’re struggling to keep your eyes open–so get some shut-eye! Whether it’s a nap by the pool or an easygoing evening at your resort, be sure to keep your body rested and ready for the next day’s fun. And remember to take advantage of the park’s benches and rest areas–including restful rides like the Prince Charming Regal Carrousel!

8. Relax!

Vacations can mean something different for everyone, but one fact remains steadfast: a vacation must be enjoyable for the vacationer. For some, that means novel experiences and epic excursions; for others, it means a snuggly hug from a Disney character, a seven-course meal, and a luxurious resort spa. You don’t need to determine your ‘vacationing style’ before you go; just go, and let that ‘style’ develop itself along the way!

There truly is something unique for each vacationer in Walt Disney World, and Disney magic can be accessible to everyone. Don’t push yourself to find it, or to feel ecstatic in every single moment; the magic will come to you, in the greatness that is Walt Disney World’s amenities, attractions, scenery, and Cast Members (don’t forget to turn to them if you need anything). A Disney vacation is a magical one–however you might choose to approach it!
