Chef Art Smith, the culinary mastermind behind the fan favorite Disney Springs brunch spot, Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ is hosting a very special culinary event on November 3, 2021! Chef will be on hand for a unique meet and greet brunch along with the authors of “Delicious Disney: Recipes & Stories From The Most Magical Place on Earth.”

“Delicious Disney” was written by Marcy Carriker Smothers, Pam Brandon, and a number of Disney Chefs, to celebrate 50 years of dining, food experiences, and unique recipes around the Walt Disney World Resort. The book offers a deep dive into the culinary past, present, and even the future, of Walt Disney World, with recipes from Disney Chefs adapted to create in your own kitchen right from home.

The book also comes complete with Instagram-worthy food photos, concept art from around the Walt Disney World Resort created by Walt Disney Imagineers, past restaurant menus, and loads of nostalgia. It is beautiful enough to be a coffee table book, but still functional enough to make its way into your kitchen with recipes for appetizers, entrees, sides, desserts and even some specialty cocktails from areas all around the Walt Disney World Resort.
