Hollywood & Vine in Disney’s Hollywood Studios has been home to a number of fan-favorite character dining experiences in the past, including Disney Junior experiences as well as seasonal character dining just for select holidays.
While character dining and meet and greets in general have been making a slow return to Walt Disney World following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic last year, we are thrilled to share the news that one such holiday character meal is making a return to Hollywood & Vine this winter.
Minnie’s Holiday Dine will return to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for Guests eating lunch or dinner at the Hollywood & Vine restaurant beginning on November 4, 2021, and running just a bit beyond the rest of Walt Disney World’s holiday celebrations to January 3, 2022.
Located right on Hollywood Boulevard, Guests will be able to enjoy a family style meal (as opposed to the original version of the restaurant and character dining experience with a buffet setting) and see characters dressed in their new seasonal winter attire from afar. Like other character dining experiences that have begun to open up at Walt Disney World, this one is modified, with characters remaining physically distant and avoiding coming directly to individual tables to meet with Guests.
Lunch for Minnie’s Holiday Dine will be offered daily November 4- January 3 from 11:30 am to 3:55 pm with dinner running from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Reservations are strongly recommended for this and other character dining experiences, and really for any restaurants in general if you are visiting Walt Disney World before things have totally returned to “normal.”
Thankfully reservations are now open for all Guests 60 days in advance of their trips, so if this restaurant and seeing the characters dressed for the season is on your list, we recommend booking now! Visit disneyworld.com for official booking details and to view menus, park hours, and more.
