This cold brew is perfect for Guests who love the seasonal flavors chai and pumpkin bring to the table but are not looking for something as sweet or in some cases as heavy as a latte. This cold brew can really be enjoyed black (even for those who typically do not drink coffee black– Try this and you might be pleasantly surprised!) or done up with a splash of creamer of your choice.

Of course, this newly permanent cold brew coffee goes wonderfully with the rest of Gideon’s menu too (it’s perfect with their classic and very shareable chocolate chip cookies among so many others!) And, as far as we know, this is the only place in Walt Disney World where you can now satisfy your pumpkin craving all year long.

Located right in the Landing neighborhood of Disney Springs, Gideon’s Bakehouse is known for their enormous high quality cookies, full menu with additional baked good and specialty coffees. They even have a special line of Double Frosted Cakes and their coffee menu is quite extensive with one fan favorite (in addition to the Pumpkin Chai Nitro Cold Brew!) being their Original Peanut Butter Iced Coffee (my personal favorite!)

The bakery also stock a variety of cakes for special occasions and seasonal treats alongside their famous almost half pound cookies. Add Gideon’s Bakehouse to your list for the next time you’re looking for something sweet in Disney Springs, and be sure to try the now permanent Pumpkin Chai Nitro Cold Brew for us.
