The Bonnet Creek hotel corridor inside Walt Disney World Resort has become the site of a troubling pattern of law enforcement activity this week, with two missing persons reports and a violent altercation all unfolding within a 24-hour window.
Tuesday's First Call

The activity started on the morning of March 17, when scanner monitoring account @WDWActiveCrime flagged a law enforcement response to an endangered missing person report on Via Encinas — the road looping around the Bonnet Creek hotel complex inside Walt Disney World Resort's gates:

Via Encinas runs alongside Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek, Bonnet Creek Resort, and Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek — three hotels that sit within the Walt Disney World Resort property boundary nearest to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, though none are Disney-owned.
The scanner report did not specify which hotel the endangered person went missing from, and neither Walt Disney World Resort nor local law enforcement issued any public statement. Whether that individual has been located remains unknown.
A Second Missing Person Before Dawn

Less than 24 hours later, a second call came in from the same stretch of road. At 12:22 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18, @WDWActiveCrime posted another alert on X (formerly known as Twitter):

Again, no public statement followed from either Walt Disney World Resort or law enforcement. It is unknown whether this second missing person has been found or whether the two cases are connected in any way.
Verbal Fight Reported Hours Later

Via Encinas saw a third law enforcement response on Wednesday morning when a verbal altercation was reported at approximately 8:06 a.m. @WDWActiveCrime shared the call:

Whether this incident is linked to either the missing persons report or took place at the same Bonnet Creek property has not been confirmed. Disney and local law enforcement have not commented publicly on any of the three incidents.

Throughout it all, Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and Disney Springs have continued operating normally, with no reported guest-facing disruptions.
