shopDisney Update: Walt Disney World Retro Map Spirit Jersey & Crocs Now Available Online

Many of the most popular items in the Vault Collection, which includes retro-inspired pieces created just for the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World, have only been available in the theme parks. Included in the collection are the Walt Disney World Retro Map spirit jersey, Crocs, and bucket hat, which sold out almost immediately when they were introduced in select merchandise locations in the Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs. Now, some of these items are available to order from home on shopDisney!

The spirit jersey and Crocs are currently available to order online. (The bucket hat was initially included in the latest shopDisney update however it sold out in less than 24 hours.) Crocs only have limited sizes remaining, so if these are something you are interested in, you may want to head over to shopDisney and purchase them asap. It is possible that we will see the bucket hat return to the site at a later date. There is still over a year remaining for the 50th-anniversary celebrations after all, and inventory of this collection no longer seems to be a problem at Walt Disney World.

As for the details, the spirit jersey is priced at $74.99, which is on par with what most other spirit jerseys from Walt Disney World have been priced at lately. It is available in sizes XS through XXL and as of the time of this writing, all sizes are available to purchase.

The Crocs, are priced at $54.99 and very limited sizes remain (if you are a men’s 7 or women’s 9, you might be in luck!) These clog-style Crocs are totally unique as they come with the allover vintage map print design along with molded vinyl charms of the Magic Kingdom logo and the Monorail.

The map of the Magic Kingdom featured on these items was featured in the park guide and in souvenir books following the opening of Walt Disney World on October 1, 1971, and through the mid-70s. Of course, the Walt Disney World Resort has expanded so much since this map was accurate, and for fans of Disney Parks having the map design transferred onto apparel and accessories could be the ultimate gift!

As with most Disney Parks merchandise, you may want to continue checking shopDisney (or looking out for them in the park if you happen to be local.) While there was a rush on these items after their initial debut (and more than a couple ended up on eBay), it does not seem like they will be as difficult to come by from here on out.

Visit shopDisney.com to view the Vault Collection, and note when you order that the retro map items are limited to two per person.
