10. Christmas Week
Although it is quite possibly the most magical time of the year to visit the Walt Disney World Resort, you will also find the highest crowds and the highest prices across all of the resorts during Christmas week. Prices at the resorts can run as much as double what the rate is during the lowest priced weeks. For that matter, Christmas week rates are even 30% higher than Marathon weekend - the 10th most expensive week to visit on this list. On the bright side though, you won’t be battling the summer heat if you go this week. And actually seeing Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and the Holiday Wishes fireworks show during Christmas week itself is as magical as it gets!
