8. Memorial Day

The last Monday in May, Memorial Day is observed. This is typically an extended weekend for most people. Often it's viewed as a kick-off to the summer season in Disney World. Long weekends are notoriously busy at WDW. The parks will be pushing 80-90% of capacity this weekend.

9. ‘Gay Days’

First weekend in June is typically a very busy time. Guests go to specific theme parks each day, check their schedule to see which parks will be particularly busy.

10. Summer

In general is busy with the kids out of school, but Memorial Day weekend is always crowded. Sometimes when the parks get super busy, they'll close to additional guests. If you know going into your vacation that you will be in a busy park, a little patience and prior planning go a long way to make it enjoyable!
