Oh, the deliciousness that is the Brown Derby’s famous Cobb Salad. Eating a salad never felt so awesome. In a cozy atmosphere you’re surrounded by pictures of all the famous old Hollywood actors and actresses to frequent the original Brown Derby that makes for the perfect exit dinner at Hollywood Studios. Here’s a little bonus tip too: request a booth. I’m the salad lover in my family, and I have yet to find a Cobb salad that can even hope to compare. I don’t know how Disney gets the bacon just the right amount of crispy, the avocados the perfect color, and the ideal zest to their homemade Cobb dressing. You’ll just have to trust me on this one.
