A Stitch topiary attraction has returned to Walt Disney World Resort for the first time since 2019, appearing ahead of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival's March 4 start date.
The blue alien—rendered in green foliage—sits in front of Mission: SPACE in the World Discovery neighborhood. Walt Disney World Resort surprised guests with the installation on February 17, according to BlogMickey.

First Stitch Topiary at the Event Since 2019

The topiary last appeared at the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival in 2019. Walt Disney World Resort has occasionally used the Stitch figure during the International Festival of the Holidays, sometimes adding a Santa hat. The return follows the massive success of the live-action Lilo & Stitch film in 2025, which drove some of the highest ticket and merchandise sales in Disney's history.
Early Festival Installations Continue

Stitch joins other topiaries that appeared throughout EPCOT on February 11, including Goofy, Phineas & Ferb, and Bambi (1942) characters. The EPCOT International Festival of the Arts continues through February 23, but horticulture crews are installing Flower & Garden Festival landscaping early to ensure completion by March 4.
