Disney Springs is known as Walt Disney World’s shopping home and hangout hub. However, Disney Springs is also a gastronomic wonderland. We’ve discussed the awesome table service restaurants, quick bite options for lunch and delicious cocktails available at Disney Springs. Today we are zeroing in on the snack scene at Disney Springs. Save plenty of room on your next trip to Walt Disney World to try these savory and sweet snacks during your shopping day!

1. Savory Snack French Poutine – The Daily Poutine

You do not have to buy a ticket to Epcot to enjoy this savory and delicious Canadian snack. Drop by The Daily Poutine at Disney Spring’s Town Center to sample snack sized portions of poutine served different ways. Never tried classic poutine?  Think French fries topped with beef gravy and cheese curds. The Daily Poutine serves Italian Poutine with a turkey bolognese and gooey mozzarella and a New Delhi Poutine with curry sauce, paneer cheese and chicken. Our recommendation is definitively the French Poutine slathered in a mushroom cream sauce with melty swiss cheese. You can’t make a bad decision at this snack stand.

2. Sweet Treat Maple Glazed Bacon Doughnut- Everglazed Doughnuts and Cold Brew

This new eatery is brand new to Disney Springs and we could not be more excited to welcome it. This unique shop proves that doughnuts are not just a breakfast food as guests are sure to hop in line for these treats all day long! Everglazed Doughnuts and Cold Brew is located on the West Side of Disney Springs and offers an assortment of cake and yeast doughnuts with truly unique and delicious toppings. Enjoy a tamer more traditional doughnut from their side of the menu “The New Classics” or embrace a spirit of adventure and order from “The Funky Bunch” and snag a doughnut like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Nutella Bella or our favorite Maple Double Bacon! Wash it down with a nitro cold brew and you are ready to continue your shopping and snack quest at Disney Springs!

3. Sweet Treat Original Chocolate Chip Cookie- Gideon’s Bakehouse

Another new eatery at Disney Springs, Gideon’s Bakehouse should not be missed. Serving up fresh, handmade daily cookies is this new bakery’s claim to fame. Gideon’s Bakehouse is no stranger to the area with the original shop also calling Orlando home. The shop itself has a unique feel that is Victorian Apothecary meets haunted house. Once inside you will likely struggle to narrow down your order choices with a menu so full of delectable cookies and cake slices. The True Red Velvet cake is to die for, as is the Original Peanut Butter Cold Brew. You cannot go wrong selecting a cookie but we recommend the iconic and classic Original Chocolate Chip Cookie for your first visit. The cookies are sizeable weighing in at nearly half a pound each. This chocolate chip studded cookie is accented by tiny flakes of sea salt that make for an incredibly delicious snacking experience.

4. Savory Snack Morimoto Baby Ribs – Morimoto Asian Street Food

If you are looking for a savory snack or small bite but want to forgo the typical American favorites we think of as theme park food you are in luck. There are so many delicious takeaway and walk-up snack options at Disney Springs that surpass the typical fare. One of our favorites is Asian Street Food from Morimoto Asia. The menu offers an assortment of traditional Asian street food classics like kimchi ramen, pork egg rolls, sushi rolls, and chilled sesame lo-mein noodles. Our menu favorite is the Baby Ribs. This three-piece pork rib plate is seasoned with cilantro and covered in a Hoisin Sweet Chili Glaze making it a saucy succulent dish. This takeaway style stand is a great way to sample the menu offerings of Morimoto Asia. After a lunch of Asian Street Food, you may just end up booking a dining reservation at this fabulous eatery later in your trip.

5. Sweet Treat Banana Chocolate Hazelnut Crepe – AristoCrepes

Enjoying a delicious crepe does not even require a passport! Enjoy this French staple at AristoCrepes at Disney Springs Marketplace. The impressive menu includes fluffy bubble waffles, savory and sweet crepes. The Salted Caramel Bubble Waffle is on our to-eat list with crunchy pretzels, chocolate ice cream and fluffy whipped cream topped with a caramel sauce. For a midday snack, the savory ham and cheese crepe hits the spot. However, the classic Banana and Chocolate Hazelnut Crepe is our all-time favorite. A rich chocolate hazelnut spread slathered with a salted caramel sauce and fresh bananas wrapped in a thin warm crepe is the perfect treat
