3. Rooftop Bar
Located on the third floor, Paddlefish is home to rooftop lounge/bar area. This is another benefit of the location – guests will be treated to views of all areas of Disney Springs, as well as the Saratoga Springs Resort across the water. We wanted to have a post-meal drink up there, but weren’t able to because of the weather, but we love this added benefit of the restaurant because it could be a great place to end the evening, even if your dinner and entertainment plans had you somewhere else first!
