Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort was scheduled to reopen today, October 14. After a two-day push back from Disney, Coronado Springs is now on track to reopen Friday, October 16. Unfortunately, it looks like two table-service restaurants are currently not listed to reopen with the rest of the resort.

The newer Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood restaurant became an instant favorite among Disney Resort Guests with high-end dining at moderate resort prices. Plus, the views from the “rooftop dining” are paramount. While Disney does have the neighboring Dahlia Lounge listed to reopen on October 16, Toledo is not on the list and still showing as “Temporarily Unavailable” on the website.

The oldie but goodie, Maya Grill, also didn’t make the list. This quiet table-service restaurant was never a popular one but still dished up unique and delicious dishes. It’s always an easy go to when you need last minute dining reservations. Just like Toledo, it is not on the list to reopen and is showing as “Temporarily Unavailable” on the website.
