Top 10 New Experiences We Anticipate For Disney World's 50th Anniversary

Epcot World Celebration

Epcot is getting completely overhauled. Future World will be revamped, and the World Showcase is getting many awesome new additions.  Here’s what you absolutely must see and do:

Space 220

This new space-themed eatery will be located right next to Mission: Space. It will take guests on a space adventure, allowing them to eat in a space station while enjoying a view of planets and stars.

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure

Just like the Ratatouille ride in France, this will shrink us all down to the size of rats and take us on a trackless adventure through Remy’s kitchen. Expect to see favorite friends and leave with a smile on your face.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will be an indoor coaster with a serious thrill factor. Favorite Guardians of the Galaxy characters will be featured in what we are sure will be an amazing ride.

Updated Spaceship Earth

Spaceship Earth is a classic that every Disney-goer must see while visiting the parks. Unfortunately, it is set to be closed for quite some time. However, during this time, it’ll be undergoing a huge update, making it better than ever.

Play Pavilion

Scheduled to open in summer 2021, the Play Pavilion will allow guests to play and interact with their favorite characters in a fun and colorful city-themed space.

Mary Poppins Expansion

Mary Poppins is coming to the UK Pavilion in the World Showcase. While there aren’t many details available just yet, we do know that we will be able to walk down Cherry Tree Lane and that there will be a Poppins-themed attraction.

Disney World has some of the best shows around. Of these, their nighttime spectaculars are some of our favorites. That’s why we cannot wait to see Epcot’s new nighttime show, “HarmonioUS”.

DuckTales World Showcase Adventure

An exciting scavenger hunt adventure featuring favorite DuckTales characters, this is a great option for entertaining kids while walking the World Showcase.

La Crêperie De Paris

Everyone knows that France serves some of the best food in the world. For this reason, it should come as no surprise that the France pavilion is getting yet another eatery, and we’re sure it’ll be just as good as the others. As the name suggests, this one will be a creperie, serving up crepes of all kinds.

World Celebration Pavilion

This will be the new festival home base. We love that it’ll be placed in a central location, making it easy to find and drawing guests in. We also love the concept art we’ve seen, and suspect it will provide great views.

Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along

This new video experience is located in the France pavilion. It invites guests to sing along to favorite Beauty and the Beast tunes while retelling the classic story from a new point of view.

“Wondrous China”

An updated video that is now playing in the China pavilion, “Wondrous China” takes guests on a journey through this gorgeous country, showing them the very best sights and sounds China has to offer.

Moana: Journey of Water

Explore a trail and discover just how playful water can be in this Moana-inspired attraction that is sure to entertain kids of all ages.

Regal Eagle Smokehouse

Recently opened in the America Pavilion, Regal Eagle Smokehouse has a variety of delicious barbecue meats, as well as some pretty fantastic sides. We especially like the pulled pork and the mac-and-cheese, and find the Muppets theming to be fantastic.
