1. Gideon’s Bakehouse – Coming Soon!

Opening December 2020, Gideon’s Bakehouse will ensure that something sweet comes out of 2020! Located at The Landing in Disney Spring Gideon’s Bakehouse will offer cakes, coffee and massive handmade cookies. Photos of the cookies-to-come are mouthwatering and will be large enough to share, weighing in at nearly a half-pound per cookie! We can barely stand the wait for this new eatery!

2. City Works Eatery & Pour House

Though it opened on February 6, 2020 City Works Eatery & Pour House is still a relatively new addition to Disney Springs considering the pandemic shutdown that happened during their second month Disney Springs.  Located on the West Side near House of Blues this restaurant offers dozens of unique drink options alongside delicious food. With local wines and beers on tap specialty cocktails and yummy seltzers, you will have a difficult time deciding what to sip. We suggest a beer, cider or hard seltzer flight! You can’t go wrong with this menu but my family’s favorite dish is the sharable buffalo chicken dip appetizer.

3. Drawn to Life by Cirque du Soleil & Disney – Coming Soon!

Coming to Disney Springs February 2021, an artistic collaboration between Disney and Cirque du Soleil will wow guests by bringing them into the magic of animation. While we don’t know much about this exclusive new entertainment experience- we do know that collaboration between Walt Disney Animation, Disney Imagineers and the talent of Cirque du Soleil’s performers is sure to mean guests are in for a treat!

4. World of Disney Revamp and Merchandise Curation

Its been a few years since Disney unveiled the updates to the new and improved World of Disney Store. We are still not over the changes that make navigating the store easier and better showcase the merchandise. Locating merchandise, browsing new styles and enjoying the ambiance of the store is easier than ever before. This is especially good news with the awesome merchandise being produced right now. Spirit jerseys inspired by rides, parks, holidays, films and food are super popular around the parks and can be found in World of Disney. Sequined Minnie Ears are another hot commodity that are fun to browse in World of Disney, as are the 90’s throwback items that celebrate films like Hercules and Pocahontas in the bold colors and patterns of the Disney Renaissance.

5. Disney Food Trucks

Outdoor dining is trending for safety reasons, but at Disney Springs its trending because of the downright delicious food options on Disney Springs West Side. Nothing beats snagging a quick and easy meal outdoors while relaxing to the sounds of a nearby DJ and watching shoppers pass by. Guests can sample from three trucks parked at Exposition Park on the West Side. 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck serves up savory Mexican food including the taco cone that you have probably seen on Disney Instagram fan accounts. Hot Diggidy Dogs is the place to go for unique hot dog offerings like the Rueben hotdog or the BLT dog, don’t skip the side of loaded homemade chips. My personal favorite truck serves up my all-time favorite dish–mac and cheese in fun new ways. Snag barbeque brisket mac or bacon cheeseburger mac during your visit. You won’t regret it!

6. Seasonal Desserts

If you have a sweet tooth there are always on-trend seasonal desserts to sample at Disney Springs. A quick look at the Disney Springs map will show places to grab gelato, cupcakes, cake, crepes or other sweets at Disney Springs but Amorette’s Patisserie always hits the spot. Delicious handcrafted desserts at Amorette’s look like works of art and make for the perfect Instagramable snack that is almost too pretty to eat…almost. During the summer, confections with fruit jams, fresh berries, citrus and light cream are not to be missed. Guests visiting in the winter can enjoy seasonal flavors in treats like peppermint crème brûlée, Black Forest Parfait with a chocolate mousse and cherry liquor or red velvet spiced cake.

7. Lululemon

One of the newest additions to Disney Springs Town Center is the athletic wear store, Lululemon. Having opened on August 21, 2020 this store is a must visit for shoppers looking to purchase some new sportswear. Even if you aren’t hitting a yoga or spin class in the near future, Lululemon leggings, and outerwear are some super comfy clothing options you may consider purchasing for a Disney park day.

8. M&M’s Store – Coming Soon!

Get ready for a sweet addition to Disney Springs in 2021. While we don’t yet know the design details or opening date of the store, we do know that the store will offer immersive experiences to guests. Located near Splitsville on the West Side of Disney Springs, this new addition is sure to be a fun place to shop filled with one of a kind magical touches that make it unlike any other M&M’s store in the world.
