Traffic Trouble at Disney World: Guest Captures Uber Crashing Into Bus

Disney vacations are usually full of rides, characters, snacks, and fireworks. But for one group of parkgoers, their morning took a pretty strange detour when an Uber driver collided with a Disney World bus on the way to EPCOT.

The crash happened on Disney property, with video footage shared online by a guest who happened to be nearby. The video shows the scene just after impact—an Uber with damage, a stopped Disney bus, and guests being guided to safety. The guest, who was on a different bus entirely, said their driver ended up helping out by “rescuing” the folks involved in the crash and giving them a ride to their destination.

@friendlikemelodyy No one was hurt!!! But this was definitely one of the craziest things I’ve witnessed on property. Our bus “rescued” the people in the Uber and on the other bus #disneytiktok #wdw #disneytrip ♬ sad SpongeBob music – michael

Thankfully, no one was injured, and things were handled quickly and efficiently. If anything, it was a reminder that even when the unexpected happens, Disney is prepared to jump in and help guests get back on track. The way Cast Members handled the situation earned a lot of praise, and the guests involved seemed to stay calm and cooperative throughout.

Anyone who has ever driven around Disney knows how tricky it can get. The roads are always busy, especially around the entrances to major parks like EPCOT. There’s a steady stream of buses, vans, Ubers, Lyfts, and guests navigating the property—and while Disney’s traffic system is usually smooth, the potential for a mix-up is always there.

What’s really interesting is how guests reacted. No panic, no frustration—just a lot of patience and even a little humor. Some people in the comments joked that the situation felt like a weird crossover between reality and a theme park ride. Others were just impressed by how smoothly the situation was handled and how quickly Disney got everyone moving again.

This kind of experience definitely doesn’t happen every day, and for the guests involved, it’ll probably be something they talk about long after their vacation ends. It’s also a good reminder for anyone visiting: take your time, stay alert, and always expect a little bit of unpredictability—because sometimes, even Disney World has a plot twist.
