Deadline shared the update that Trevor: the Musical will make its streaming debut exclusively on Disney+ next month on June 24, 2022.
The filmed version of the Off-Broadway production focuses on the 13-year-old title character in a coming of age story inspired by the 1995 film, Trevor. In addition to the musical production, the original film was also the inspiration behind the Trevor Project, the largest nonprofit organization in the world focused on LGBTQ+ suicide prevention and mental health awareness.
