Walt Disney World 101 – An Overview of Disney World Parks

5. Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park

The second water park is equally-awesome. If you enjoy the Slush Gusher, then check out the roller coaster/raft ride-hybrid of sorts Crush ‘n’ Gusher. Or brace yourself for a big drop in the dark with Humunga Kowabunga (try shouting it on the way down). And make waves in the Typhoon Lagoon Surf Pool – just don’t expect to control the water like Moana.

Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park might be more suited to Olaf, but at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park you’ll feel like a little mermaid. Either way, both of these splash-tastic water parks prove that, sometimes, down where it’s wetter it really is better. Just be sure to review all ticket types so that you can include them in your Disney experience.
