What You Don't Know About Being a Princess at Walt Disney World

Belle and Child

9. Looking the Part

Obviously, the young women selected should resemble the cartoon character. While elaborate wigs and colored contacts are given, there are many other physical characteristics the casting agents will be looking for. Body type, height, the shape of the nose, and the distance between the eyes could make all the difference in whether or not someone is selected. Additionally, it’s not just important to resemble the character. The actor also need to resemble fellow cast members playing the character. If a child visits Snow White on separate days, there cannot be a noticeable difference in the photos.
