Where to Find the Fabulous 5 Around Walt Disney World Resort

For those that may be unfamiliar, the beloved term “Fab 5” refers to the posse of Mickey Mouse and friends. These “friends” include Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Pluto, and the Big Cheese himself! (Sometimes, Daisy Duck makes an appearance in the lineup too.) Since many have grown up watching these characters in cartoons, films, and TV specials, most visitors consider it a rite of passage to meet this elite club. Well, look no further! There are several places to find these lovable characters on Walt Disney World’s property. Today, we’ll list our favorite places to catch up with these familiar faces!

Meet and Greet Spots

Arguably one of the most popular choices, Fab 5-oriented meet and greets can be found across all the WDW parks. For those that like to arrive for Magic Kingdom rope drop – Daisy, Donald, and Pluto hang out in the square for impromptu pictures by the entrance. Further back into New Fantasyland, Fab 5 characters can be found at Pete’s Silly Side Show next to the infamous Dumbo ride! (This location is especially wonderful. This is not only because of the venue’s air conditioning. The characters are donning their most opulent circus apparel which makes for very unique photos!) Last but not least, Mickey has his own meet and greet inside Tony’s Town Square. Again, aside from the Magic Kingdom, this group can be found wandering the other three parks. Specifically, one of the most popular locations is EPCOT’s Character Spot. This FastPass+ eligible attraction enables guests to visit Mickey, Minnie, and Goofy all in one sitting. So this kills three birds with one stone! Just rest with the knowledge that opportunities to grab autographs and memorable photos will be in great supply.
