For anyone who’s ever dreamed of owning a piece of Disney history, your chance may have just arrived—if you have $34 million to spare. A Zillow listing for a mansion in Utah has gone viral, and it’s not just any house—it features a replica of one of Disney’s most iconic attractions: Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room.
A Piece of Disney History
Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room, which debuted at Disneyland Park in 1963, was groundbreaking for its time. It was the first Disney Park attraction to feature audio-animatronic technology, which would later become a hallmark of Disney theme parks. Originally conceived as a dinner show, the Enchanted Tiki Room features a “magic” fountain that still includes a storage area initially planned for a coffee station. The attraction also holds the distinction of being the first air-conditioned building at Disneyland Park, a response to the extreme heat generated by the computers controlling the animatronic birds.
The Tiki Room was an instant success, inspiring Walt Disney Imagineering to create versions for other parks, including Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World Resort and Tokyo Disneyland at Tokyo Disney Resort. Tokyo Disneyland later rethemed its version to The Enchanted Tiki Room: Stitch Presents Aloha e Komo Mai!, drawing from the beloved Lilo & Stitch (2002) film.
The Utah Mansion’s Enchanted Tiki Room Replica
Now, you have the opportunity to purchase an entire mansion that includes a replica of this beloved attraction. For a mere $34.5 million, you can own a 70,000-square-foot home, complete with 10 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, a movie theater, and, in perhaps the most unusual feature, an area designed to look just like the entrance to Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room. Not only does this section of the mansion replicate the iconic space, but it also features several resident birds—just like the original attraction. In a truly bizarre twist, the rest of the mansion is relatively normal in comparison.
The mansion was showcased in a viral Instagram video posted by @seth.hollingsworth, which gave viewers a look at this unique listing.

A Quirky Backstory
Locals say the mansion was initially intended as a family reunion vacation destination. Commenters from Hyrum, Utah, where the house is located, explained that each family in the extended group was supposed to design their own wing of the house.
“The basement was going to be Star Wars-themed,” one commenter said.
“I’m from the area…. It has a pool barn and under ground go kart track,” another wrote. “It was built by a guy who is Mormon & has a big family. It was built around hosting his kids & grandkids. Went broke during covid & can’t finish completion.”
For a home with such eccentric features, including the Tiki Room replica, it seems only fitting that the story behind its creation is just as unique. Whether you’re a Disney fan with deep pockets or someone looking for a quirky property, this mansion in Utah may be the closest you can get to owning a piece of Disney attraction history, minus the theme park.
