3. Boma (Animal Kingdom Lodge)
A hidden gem, this is also a buffet, but with a disntict twist! In addition to the traditional Disney breakfast buffet items like waffles, eggs, bacon, and fruit, guests wishing to sample something a little more daring can find that in choices inspired from Africa! While flavorful, nothing on the menu is overpowering or too spicy, but certainly will be a welcome change to guests’s palettes! Be sure to request a table by a window and you may be able to scope out a view of one of the animals on the savannah!
