Disney Springs is a sprawling collection of eclectic shops, entertainment venues, and restaurants where resort guests and non-resort guests can spend an enjoyable evening relaxing from a day in the parks or an entire day going on a shopping spree for the perfect souvenirs from your trip while also seeing a movie and go bowling.  Sprinkled throughout the Disney Springs complex, guests will find delicious restaurants offering amazing grub to tantalize your palette.  Here is our list of the top five restaurants at Disney Springs!

5. Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza

The lone quick service restaurant on the list, Blaze Pizza is a great place for families looking to grab a meal while on the run.  Guests can personalize their own pizza with whatever combination of toppings they choose and then watch as that pizza is cooked to perfection in three minutes in a super hot pizza oven.  While the pizza is amazing and tasty, guests will marvel in how quick their pizza is made!  We also like dining here because there is a nice outdoor seating area where you can escape the sun and take in the sights around this area of Disney Springs.

4. Morimoto Asia

Anyone with adventurous tastebuds will love grabbing a meal here — in addition to your traditional sushi rolls like a spicy tuna roll or a California roll, guests can also share appetizers like edamame, dumplings, egg rolls, and soup.  Guests with heftier appetites can find a variety of entrees like orange chicken, spare ribs served with a hoisin sweet chili glaze, or even an Asian-inspired filet mignon.  The menu is expansive so be sure to check out the entire menu before making a decision about what you want to eat!  You will also want to make sure that you come with an appetite because Morimoto has a great selection of desserts to finish your meal with!

3. Paddlefish

This unique dining location is located on the water in the heart of Disney Springs.  Guests will first notice the amazing view from their table as they choose what traditional or modern appetizer to have — classic calamari or a truly unique lobster corn dog with a sweet chili aioli.  If you are searching for a lighter salad — consider a green, Caesar, or wedge salad.  And if you want it topped with your choice of meat, that can be arranged, too.  The best options at Paddlefish is the wide selection of seafood — Alaskan king crab, snow crab or a whole Maine lobster.  Or you may fancy stuffed cod, catfish, salmon, shrimp pasta, or even a crab cake BLT.  Fear not if you don’t enjoy seafood — guests can have their choice of their cut of beef, pork chops, or a savory chicken breast. You may want to arrive early for your table and enjoy a drink from the roof top lounge that offer stunning views of Disney Springs and the surrounding resort area!

2. Chef Art Smith’s Homecoming

Guests dining here will have an amazing experience and will re-discover a classic recipe on their menu.  Consider starting your meal with Southern favorites like fried green tomatoes, deviled eggs, or hush puppies served with pimento cheese and jalapeño jelly.  Guests wanting a two-hand sandwich can choose between a unique club sandwich, a fried chicken sandwich, or a pulled pork barbecue bun served with a fried egg.  If you are looking for something heartier, consider the fried chicken and donuts, fried catfish, country fried steak, or braised short ribs.  Dessert is definitely worth the calories, but adults may also want to peruse the menu of cocktails whipped up with some flavorful varieties of moonshine.

1. The Boathouse

The crown jewel of dining at Disney Springs, the Boathouse is an elegant choice for guests who are celebrating a special occasion.  Guests can grab great selections from the raw bar — oysters, shrimp, tuna poke, or jumbo lump crab.  For an entrée, guests can choose amongst ahi tuna, red grouper, Arctic salmon, or even flavorful shrimp and andouille mac and cheese.  Guests can also find mahi tacos, a classic cheeseburger, or a traditional lobster roll.  Again, land lovers can make a selection from a variety of cuts of steak – filet, strip, ribeye, and porterhouse.  Also on the menu, guests will find colossal shareable sides to split across the table.  Much like other restaurants on the list, guests will definitely want to save room for dessert — blueberry cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, or the indomitable baked Alaska (that serves 4 people!) After dinner, head down to the dock for an after-dinner drink or consider hopping into one of the Amphicars for a cruise around the waterfront.
