4. Camera

So many of us use our cell phones for a camera these days.  With the awesome photo quality on phones now, it’s no surprise why most people choose not to lug around a camera.  Still, if you are old school like I am and love dabbling in photography or taking photos with large file sizes that can be increased to use for photo projects at home you may still want to pack a camera in your park pack. I absolutely love my DSLR Canon camera and have been capturing moments around the parks with it for years. If you do choose to take a camera to the park I would suggest you purchase a Camera Coat to protect your camera between shots while still enabling you to carry the camera outside your bag to capture quick shots without the need to stop and sort through your park pack.
