10 Things You Should Never Do At Walt Disney World Resort

8. Forget Weather Gear

The weather in central Florida is only predictable in its unpredictability. While winters are typically dry, I’ve been soaked in December. While summer is usually very hot and humid, there can be cool weather, especially after an afternoon rain. Just because it’s cloudy doesn’t mean you can skip the hats and sunscreen! Be prepared for a variety of weather conditions, and be sure to check the forecast before you pack for your trip. Pack your day bag with the weather conditions in mind. Being freezing cold, wet, or sunburned can really put a damper on your vacation.

Laurel took her first trip to Walt Disney World when she was only 18 months old and hasn’t stopped visiting since. Now she enjoys taking her own twins and husband as often as she can. And don’t tell the boys, but sometimes she goes without them, too.
