10 Things You Should Never Do At Walt Disney World Resort

3. Get Dehydrated

This is especially important in the hot summer months, when you lose a lot of water to sweat as you walk around the parks. Dehydration can make you feel miserable, and if severe can become a true emergency. There’s no reason to get dehyrdated at Walt Disney World! There are water fountains located throughout every park, and any counter service restaurant location will give you a cup of ice water at no charge. It can be a good idea to bring a water bottle that will close, so you can toss it in your bag when you get to ride or an area that doesn’t allow food or drinks. Remember that alcoholic drinks won’t keep you hydrated! It’s really best to stick to water. And it’s friendlier on your wallet and your waistline, too!

Laurel

Laurel took her first trip to Walt Disney World when she was only 18 months old and hasn’t stopped visiting since. Now she enjoys taking her own twins and husband as often as she can. And don’t tell the boys, but sometimes she goes without them, too.
