9. Stay at Least Five Days

My family is lucky to live only eight hours away from Walt Disney World in Georgia, so we make our fair share of mad dash long weekend length trips to Disney.  Don’t get me wrong, a short Disney vacation is better than no Disney vacation.  Still, there is something extra dreamy and relaxing about staying at least five days on a Disney vacation.  A longer vacation provides ample opportunity for you to take your time relaxing at your resort and seeing the parks at your own pace without the need to pack in as much as possible each day.
