If you are planning on touring the parks all day long, make sure to energize before and during your trip.  For breakfast, you don’t want to eat a heavy breakfast, have some eggs and some fruit, so you’ll have plenty of energy, but won’t be entering any kind of food coma.  You may also want to consider packing some energy bars in your bag, so you can take a couple of quick bites during the day if you need another burst of energy to keep going.
