10 Ways To Save BIG On Your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation

3. Avoid unnecessary extras

There are lots of things that cost money at Walt Disney World that are totally unnecessary. For example, bottled water will run you a few dollars in the parks, but a cup of ice water is free at any quick service dining location. Or you can always bring your own water bottle and refill as needed. Another totally unnecessary expense is the extra fee for “priority parking.” Yes, you will get a parking place closer to the entrance, but the regular parking areas have a courtesy parking tram that will take you directly there. There’s no need to pay extra for a “good” spot! Be sure to decide if an extra is really worth the money!

Laurel took her first trip to Walt Disney World when she was only 18 months old and hasn’t stopped visiting since. Now she enjoys taking her own twins and husband as often as she can. And don’t tell the boys, but sometimes she goes without them, too.
