12 Things Disney Cast Members Recommend You Take Into Epcot

11. Hat

While those Mickey ears sure are fun, they don’t do much to protect you from the sun. A hat with a brim that covers your ears and neck and shades your eyes is a great choice for a sunny day at Epcot. You’ll be much more comfortable if you aren’t squinting, and you’ll protect your skin as well. Consider a “crushable” hat, so you can toss it into your bag when you’re on a ride or in the evening.

Laurel

Laurel took her first trip to Walt Disney World when she was only 18 months old and hasn’t stopped visiting since. Now she enjoys taking her own twins and husband as often as she can. And don’t tell the boys, but sometimes she goes without them, too.
