1. Check-In
Online/Mobile check-in is always encouraged. There is nothing more convenient than not having to interact with a cast member to get into your room, regardless of how pleasant and accommodating they are. Our room was texted to my phone the second it was ready all via the Online/Mobile check-in. Having said that, our trip did have to get cut short a few days into our stay. The cast member whom assisted in our early check-out and crediting us for a future stay couldn’t have been more helpful. We checked out at a peak “check-in” time and the line was moving fairly quickly. Per usual, I recommend doing all of this electronically via your Magic Bands.
