5. Proximity to the Parks
Disney’s All Star Movies resort is right off of Bronson Memorial Highway. You are fairly close to Disney’s Animal Kingdom and ESPN Wide World of Sports. The entire All Star family are neighbors on this property. Both All Star Sports and All Start Music are right next to one another. Disney’s Animal Kingdom is the closest major park to the resort. Disney’s Magic Express, as always, can transport guests to any Disney park or area they wish almost around the clock. This is one of the more remote resorts compared to some of the others that are either directly in the park or right in their backyard.
If you are a guest of Disney World who plans on spending most of their time at the parks, the All Star Movies resort is a great and affordable option. You’ll have a Disney themed room and resort with a pool to spend some downtime in. I wouldn’t expect much other than that, due to the proximity of other options and what is available to guests on property. Having said that, I would definitely go back, as I love spending more time in the parks than in the hotel room.
