This restaurant operates on a seasonal schedule, only opening when the park is very busy, so it is hard to plan a trip here, but the times that we have been able to eat there, the food has been delicious. It is a hidden gem since it isn’t always open, but also because the food that is served here is not served elsewhere. Guests can get a hamburger anywhere, but if they are looking for some unique counter-service options, Tortuga Tavern is where to go! Currently, the menu features a variety of barbecue options!
