6. 3rd Party Booking Cancellation
If you did not book your package through the Walt Disney Travel Company the Walt Disney Travel Company cancellation policy does not apply to your package too. You should contact your travel agent or tour operator directly for information relating to the cancellation and change policies that apply to your package.
Disney does everything it can to ensure guest safety. Parks may close down altogether or operate with limited hours. We recommend you follow the storm’s track and contact Disney with further questions once the weather impact is determined for central Florida.
