2. Roasting Marshmallows at Animal Kingdom Lodge
For our money, it’s tough to beat Chip ‘n’ Dale’s Campfire Sing-A-Long over at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campground, but we have to say, the marshmallow roasting experience at Animal Kingdom Lodge gives it a run for its money, if only because you get to do it right next to the wildlife viewing area.
1. The Waterslide at Coronado Springs
The Dig Site at Coronado Springs is home to one of the best pool areas in all of Disney World—in particular, the Lost City of Cibola Pool. Themed after Mayan temple ruins, the centerpiece of this pool is a 50-foot pyramid where you can simply sit and rest in the water flowing down the stone steps, or you can brave the 123-foot-long waterslide. Afterward, take a dip in the largest hot dub in Disney World, which can fit up to 22 people!
