8. Walking Path
Located near the entrance for the main drive to the Wilderness Lodge is a walking path that connects the Wilderness Lodge to the Fort Wilderness Campgrounds. The path is less than a mile long, but it offers a great opportunity for guests to walk, relax, and even workout. What guests will love the most about the path is that it completely takes you out of the “theme park feel.” It won’t feel like you’re walking on a path in Central Florida – you’ll be able to hear many sounds of nature and then take advantage of the various amenities of the Fort Wilderness Campgrounds around the Pioneer Hall area.
