The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is a 14-story hotel located right next to the pre-existing Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin property. The new structure includes modern designs and architecture, 349 new Guest rooms (with 151 suites) and spectacular views.

The rooms at the new resort are incredibly versatile, making them ideal for hosting families who are looking for additional space, as well as meetings, conventions, weddings and other special events. Along with the opening of the resorts comes the newest signature dining experience to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin complex, Amare, a Mediterranean restaurant with inspired decor and a fantastic looking menu (we can't wait to try it!) The new resort also features a grab-and-go cafe, which brings the total number of restaurants on the Swan and Dolphin property to 22!

Guests staying at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, as well as at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, are also entitled to a number of Walt Disney World resort Guest benefits including early entry into the theme parks.

The new Walt Disney World Swan Reserve takes its inspiration from the local environment with tropical decor and lush greenery alongside modern architectural features. Design elements can be found throughout the resort, and there are even nods to Florida's iconic orange groves with orange trees lining entryways and pool areas.
