Well, that didn’t take long. If you were eyeing tickets for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom this fall, you’ve already lost one more date. August 19 has officially sold out, and it’s only the second party night to do so—after, of course, October 31, which vanished right after tickets dropped.

So, why is this such a big deal? Because this year’s party doesn’t even start until August 15, and dates are already disappearing before summer’s over. That’s not just hype—that’s a trend. In 2024, every single party night sold out before October even started. This year’s shaping up the same way.
The 2025 event runs from mid-August through Halloween, with party nights typically falling on Fridays, Sundays, and Tuesdays. Disney adds Thursdays starting September 25. Prices range from $119 to $229 depending on the night you choose, and Annual Passholders can grab a small $10 discount for some of the August and September dates.
Let’s talk about what you’re getting with that ticket. You’re not just walking around in a costume eating candy (although you’ll do plenty of that, too). This event is jam-packed with stuff you can’t see during the day: the Boo-To-You Parade, the Hocus Pocus show starring the Sanderson Sisters, and a Halloween-themed fireworks display that lights up the sky with projections, lasers, and more.

There’s also a new party this year in Tomorrowland, inspired by ZOMBIES 4: Dawn of the Vampires. It’s perfect for teens and fans of the Disney Channel series. Meanwhile, the more classic elements are sticking around too—like trick-or-treat trails, exclusive snacks, and Halloween-themed merch that tends to sell out as fast as the party nights.
Jack Skellington and Sally are back for meet-and-greets, and this year they’ve got updated looks that are already creating buzz. You can also spot Mickey, Minnie, and tons of rare characters in costume around the park. And with special PhotoPass shots and Magic Shots, you’ll walk away with memories that actually look magical.
Bottom line? If you’ve got a specific date in mind, book it soon. Two are already gone—and yours could be next.
