Last weekend, a Disneyland Resort guest shared her experience with an invasive search conducted by the Secret Service after staying at the same resort hotel as the Vice President. On Saturday, TikTok user @aliahtamez shared her experience undergoing an intrusive security search when her family arrived at Disney’s Grand Californian Resort & Spa.

“I just got searched by Secret Service at Disneyland,” the guest began. “Right now, I’m staying at the Grand and, apparently, JD Vance is, too.”
She described how the security measures were immediately implemented the second guests arrived at the Disney Resort hotel: “They were searching all of our cars when we came in. We had to open our trunks and everything. [They] searched all of our bags, not manually, but through a security scanner, which was crazy.”
The guest also noticed the increased presence of leadership cast members at Disney’s Grand Californian Resort & Spa.
“It’s pretty crazy,” she said. “There’s been more managers than I’ve ever seen in my life at Disneyland.”
