A convenient travel option that once connected London directly to Disneyland Paris Resort remains suspended three years after its 2023 cancellation. The indefinite service cut has left a major transportation platform at Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station practically abandoned, with no signs that Eurostar plans to restore the route.
2023 Suspension Becomes Permanent Absence
Eurostar eliminated direct train service from London St. Pancras International to Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy in June 2023. The company simultaneously suspended service on two other routes, both of which resumed operations in 2025. The London-to-Disneyland Paris Resort connection never came back.

European Disney Park guests traveling from London must now take indirect routes requiring transfers. One option involves changing trains at Lille before reaching Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy. Alternatively, travelers can transfer to local lines at Gare du Nord and then connect to Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy. Both workarounds add roughly one hour to the total travel time, plus at least one train transfer.
Eurostar has issued no statement about restoring direct London service to Disneyland Paris Resort, suggesting the suspension may be permanent.
Platform Sits Unused

The dedicated platform at Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station, which once received London-originating Eurostar trains, has become a ghost town. While technically accessible to the public, the space serves almost no functional purpose nearly three years after service ended.
X (formerly known as Twitter) user @DLPRescueRanger documented the desolate platform on January 15, posting four photographs with the caption:

The images capture blocked train tracks, empty loading platforms, abandoned queue lines, and shuttered service counters. The former Eurostar ticket counters sit unused, as does the Disney Express luggage service desk. Disney Express allows arriving guests to check bags immediately upon train arrival and proceed to the theme parks while luggage is delivered directly to their Disney Resort hotel rooms.

No way, But one thing I’m really missing is the WDW R.R. at the Magic Kingdom in Orlando Fla. I miss the loop line that encircles the park & worth my railfan delight. It’s not the same these days. Guess there’s no time line on when the tracks will be reintstated. Everyone misses the train ride!
