The team wanted to breathe new life into cast costumes for The Land Pavilion in EPCOT, introducing unique new costumes featuring a print with an abstract rendition of the pavilion's original icon in an organic, impressionist style inspired by the windswept art throughout The Land.
Costume Designer Josh wanted to stay true to the history and vintage nostalgia of EPCOT when working on these pieces, explaining that the team sought ways to bring that vintage EPCOT story into the costumes in a way that still felt true to each area.
The beautiful mural work across the Living with the Land ride loading platform served as a huge inspiration for the overall look of these costumes, creating a visual connection between cast member uniforms and the attraction environment that honestly makes the whole experience feel more immersive.
Magic Kingdom's Hidden Mickey Costumes for Cast Members
One of the most iconic parts of the day at Magic Kingdom is the fireworks show at the end of the night, so the costuming team decided to bring that flourish of magic to life through outdoor vending cast costumes.
