Disney World fans have spent the last few years watching vacation costs climb higher and higher. Between hotel prices, dining expenses, Lightning Lane purchases, and rising park admission, many families have started feeling priced out of trips that once felt much easier to plan.
That is why Disney’s newest fall ticket pricing came as such a surprise.
While standard Magic Kingdom admission now regularly pushes past $200 on busy days, Disney is also offering select fall entry opportunities for nearly 40% less than those peak prices.
And unlike a normal park ticket, this one comes with extra entertainment built into the experience.

Standard Disney Tickets Are Becoming Harder To Afford
Magic Kingdom remains Disney World’s most expensive park for one-day admission.
In 2026, guests typically pay between $139 and $209 before tax for a single-day ticket, depending on the time of year. Peak holiday weeks and school vacation periods almost always push prices toward the top of Disney’s pricing calendar.
Crossing the $200 threshold was a major moment for Disney fans this year, as 2025 pricing had previously topped out around $199.
Disney has already released much of its 2027 pricing, and the numbers continue to trend upward. Current pricing ranges from roughly $159 to $219 for one-day admission.
That makes Disney’s latest Halloween Party pricing stand out even more.

Select Dates Start at $119 in August
Disney is currently selling select Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tickets for as little as $119 per person.
The event takes place inside Magic Kingdom on select nights throughout the fall and allows guests to enter beginning at 4 p.m., before the official party runs from 7 p.m. until midnight.
Several August dates remain among the cheapest available. August 11 and August 14 cost $119, while August 18 costs $129. August 21 and August 23 jump to $139.
Those prices are surprisingly competitive compared to standard daytime admission, especially considering everything included with the event.

Guests Receive Exclusive Entertainment and Lower Waits
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party completely changes the atmosphere inside Magic Kingdom.
Disney decorates the park for Halloween while adding special entertainment, themed music, exclusive snacks, character appearances, dance parties, and attraction overlays throughout the night.
The event also includes the Boo-To-You Halloween Parade and Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular fireworks show, both of which have become major fan favorites over the years.
Guests can also participate in included trick-or-treating across the park, with Disney distributing candy at stations throughout Magic Kingdom.
Beyond the entertainment, many fans see the lower crowd levels as the biggest perk.
Disney limits ticket sales for the event, which often leads to noticeably shorter waits than guests experience during standard park hours. Even with the later 4 p.m. entry time, visitors still receive eight hours inside Magic Kingdom with lighter crowds and shorter standby lines.

Other Disney Discounts Are Also Available
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is not the only discounted option Disney is offering in 2026.
The 4-Day, 4-Park Magic Ticket allows guests to visit one park per day for as little as $99.75 daily between May 26 and September 26.
Disney’s After 2 PM Ticket bundle also runs from May 26 through July 29 and averages $116-$118 per day, depending on the package selected.
Disney+ subscribers may additionally receive special vacation promotions and ticket offers during select periods throughout the year.
Because Disney frequently changes discounts and promotions, guests who already booked trips at full price may still qualify for future savings if new offers appear later.

One of Disney’s Better Deals in 2026
Disney World vacations are not getting cheaper anytime soon.
Magic Kingdom ticket prices continue climbing, and Disney’s 2027 pricing already suggests the trend will continue. Still, hidden within Disney’s fall event calendar is a surprisingly solid value for guests willing to adjust their plans a little.
For $119, visitors can spend an evening inside Magic Kingdom with fireworks, Halloween entertainment, candy, shorter waits, and exclusive experiences that regular daytime guests never see.
In a year where Disney vacations continue getting more expensive, that stands out as a pretty rare win for families trying to save money.
