Another Walt Disney World event has officially reached capacity, and the list of remaining opportunities is getting surprisingly short.
Disney fans planning summer trips often focus on park reservations, hotel availability, and Lightning Lane selections. However, one of Magic Kingdom's most popular premium offerings has quietly been disappearing from the calendar throughout 2026.
Now, another date is gone.

Disney's June 22 Magic Kingdom After Hours event has officially sold out, making it the fifth Magic Kingdom After Hours event to reach capacity this year. The sellout joins January 12, March 9, May 18, and May 25, leaving just three remaining event dates available for the rest of the 2026 season.
For guests who have never attended one of these events, Disney After Hours offers something many visitors spend their entire vacations searching for: lower crowds.
Unlike a traditional park day, After Hours operates with limited attendance. Guests can enter Magic Kingdom beginning at 7 p.m., with the exclusive event running from 10 p.m. until 1 a.m. During that time, many of the park's most popular attractions remain open while overall attendance stays significantly lower than daytime levels.
The experience has become increasingly attractive as Walt Disney World crowds continue to evolve. Even with Lightning Lane Multi Pass, guests can spend much of their day planning return times, monitoring wait times, and adjusting touring strategies.
After Hours provides a much different approach.
Instead of racing across the park to maximize every minute, guests often find themselves enjoying attractions with far less pressure. Popular rides such as TRON Lightcycle / Run, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Space Mountain, Peter Pan's Flight, Jungle Cruise, and Haunted Mansion are among the attractions typically available during the event.
That lineup alone helps explain why tickets continue disappearing.
Of course, the event is not inexpensive. The sold-out June 22 date was priced at $194 per person before tax. Remaining dates range from $175 to $194, meaning families can spend a significant amount for a single evening in the park.

Yet demand continues to remain strong.
Part of that appeal comes from the extras included with admission. Guests receive complimentary popcorn, bottled beverages, and ice cream novelties throughout the event. Disney also occasionally offers special character appearances and other surprises that are not always available during normal operating hours.
Still, attractions remain the biggest draw.
Many Disney fans view After Hours as one of the few opportunities left to experience Magic Kingdom with a pace that feels closer to earlier eras of Walt Disney World. While waits can still occur, they are often substantially shorter than what guests encounter during a typical summer afternoon.
The latest sellout also arrives during one of the busiest travel periods of the year.
Summer vacation season is fully underway, and Magic Kingdom continues to be the most visited park at Walt Disney World. Families arriving over the next several weeks will be competing for a shrinking number of premium experiences, including After Hours tickets.
With June 22 now officially sold out, only three Magic Kingdom After Hours dates remain:
- June 29
- July 13
- July 27
Those final dates represent the last opportunities for guests hoping to experience Magic Kingdom After Hours in 2026.
Whether they remain available for long is another question entirely.
Five sellouts suggest Disney has found a strong audience for the event, even at premium pricing. As more guests discover the benefits of limited-capacity nights, the remaining inventory could disappear quickly.
For now, Disney has officially closed the books on another Magic Kingdom After Hours event, and the countdown toward the final three dates has begun.
