Two battery reports came out of Disney Springs within roughly 12 hours this weekend, sending deputies to Walt Disney World Resort‘s outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment district on a Saturday night and again on Sunday morning. Few details have been released about either one.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office received the first 911 call at 10:38 p.m. on October 24, reporting “Battery (Unwanted Touching or Striking Someone)” at Disney Springs. Central Florida law enforcement monitoring account @WDWActiveCrime shared the scanner entry on X (formerly known as Twitter), writing:

🚨 Police Alert 🚓 – 10/24/26 10:38 PM
🚨: Battery (Unwanted Touching or Striking Someone) at 📍: Disney Springs

No public information reveals how many people were involved or whether anyone was hurt. It also isn't clear whether cast members, guests, or a mix of both were part of the incident.

At 10:36 a.m. on October 25, just under 12 hours later, a second battery call came in from the same outdoor lifestyle complex at Walt Disney World Resort. @WDWActiveCrime posted:

As with the first report, the number of people involved, the extent of any injuries, and whether those involved worked for Disney or were visiting are all unknown.

Both posts include Google Maps screenshots that mark the same spot in the center of Disney Springs, in the Town Center neighborhood. Law enforcement routinely logs responses in the district under those coordinates, so they don't show where either call actually originated.

Neither Walt Disney World Resort nor the Orange County Sheriff's Office has commented on the two incidents. Published police reports or criminal charges could eventually reveal more information.
