Disney’s Best-Kept Hotel Secret Just Got Extended Through Christmas 2027

Okay, let’s talk about one of our favorite Disney money-saving tricks. You know that sad feeling on checkout morning when you’re packing up and already missing the parks? Disney has a little something to make it hurt less. It’s called the Bounceback Offer, and it just got extended through December 23, 2027.

Basically, if you’re staying at a Disney World resort right now, you can book your next stay at a discount. We’re talking 25% to 35% off. Yes, please.

So What’s the Bounceback Offer?

Its official name is the Resort Future Stay offer, but everyone calls it the Bounceback Offer. It’s for guests who are already staying at a Walt Disney World resort hotel. While you’re there, you can lock in a future trip at a lower rate.

Disney brought it back in 2023, and it’s been extended over and over again since then. Before this update, travel dates stopped at October 31, 2027. Now they go all the way to December 23, 2027. So you’ve got almost two extra months, including a big chunk of the holiday season. Christmas trip, anyone?

How Much Can You Save?

It depends on where you stay, and the fancier the resort, the bigger the discount.

At the Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts, you can save up to 35%. That’s 21 resorts, including the Grand Floridian, the Polynesian, and the Riviera. Saving 35% on a Deluxe stay? That’s huge.

At the Moderate Resorts, you can save up to 30%. That covers Caribbean Beach, Coronado Springs, and both Port Orleans resorts.

And at the Value Resorts, you can save up to 25%. That includes all three All-Star resorts, Art of Animation, and Pop Century.

How Do You Get It?

Disney makes it pretty easy to find. You’ll see it in your room, on your in-room TV, and in an email the morning you check out. You can book it online yourself, or if you use a travel advisor, they can book it for you over the phone.

But here’s the big rule. You have to book within seven days of your checkout date. Miss that window and the deal’s gone. So don’t sleep on it.

The good news? You can change or cancel the reservation without a penalty up to 30 days before you arrive. So you don’t have to have every detail figured out right away.

The Dates

Here’s when you can use it. For the rest of 2026, it’s now through November 25, then November 29 through December 24.

For 2027, it’s January 11 to 14, January 18 to 28, February 7 to 11, February 15 to 18, February 21 to 24, March 1 to April 14, April 18 to May 27, May 31 to June 30, July 5 to September 1, and September 6 to October 3.

And the new dates? October 25 to November 24 and November 28 to December 23. Notice the little break around Thanksgiving. The other gaps line up with holidays and super busy times too.

What You Can’t Book

Okay, here’s the fine print. The offer doesn’t work for Disney Lakeshore Lodge, the brand-new resort opening on Bay Lake in summer 2027. Sorry, Lakeshore Lodge fans.

It also doesn’t cover campsites at Fort Wilderness, three-bedroom villas, the Cabins at Copper Creek, the Bungalows and Island Tower rooms at the Polynesian Villas, or suites at any Moderate or Deluxe Resort.

A Few More Things

Your stay has to be between one and 14 nights. Disney only has a limited number of rooms at this rate, and you usually can’t stack it with other discounts. And if you’ve got more than two adults in a room, you might pay an extra per-adult charge at Value, Moderate, and Deluxe Resorts, plus Studios at Deluxe Villa Resorts.

Is It Worth It?

If you already know you’re coming back to Disney World, this is a no-brainer. Saving up to 35% on a hotel is a big deal, especially when Disney trips are getting pricier every year. And with the easy cancellation policy, there’s really not much risk.

So next time you’re checking out of a Disney resort, keep an eye on your inbox. Your next trip could be a whole lot cheaper.
