14. Rhine River Cruise

Other than the garden railroad layout, the Germany pavilion doesn’t really have an attraction like so many of the other countries do. But originally it was supposed to feature a ride! The Rhine River Cruise would take guests along a fictional tour of the Rhine River, showcasing Germany’s beauty. The ride building was even built, but the ride itself never came to fruition. If you knock on the mural on the back wall of the German pavilion you’ll notice that it sounds hollow; that’s where the ride’s entrance was to be.
